Q: How to connect social media to Marky?
A:   Go to the Business tab.

  • Select Socials.
  • Click Connect.
  • Log in to your social media account. 
  • Allow the integration when prompted.

 


 

Q: Can you connect Facebook groups and personal profiles?

A: No, Currently Meta only allows integration with Facebook Pages.

 



 

Q: Why do my video posts keep failing to publish on Google Business?

A: Google Business doesn't allow sending video posts using integration, you might be able to post video content to Google Business by uploading them manually.




 

Q: Why sometimes I can’t create a business profile using a website?

A: Some websites block AI tools for security reasons. To fix this:

  1. Contact your website hosting provider.
  2. Ask them to check if your site is blocking AI tools.
  3. If needed, ask them to add this IP address to the whitelist: 44.214.200.143.

 





Q: Is White label available?

A: Yes, Agency plan comes with Standard white label and an option to upgrade to Advance white label.

 


 

Q: Standard White label Vs Advance White label

A:  Standard White Label: Clients are “reviewers” they can only connect socials, approve/deny posts, add comments to posts. This feature is included in the agency level plan.
Advance White Label: Clients can now have more permission to the business such as; create, edit and delete posts, manage business descriptions and voice, add topics and memory, edit branding etc. (This is an add-on service for $35 each month per business)

 


 

Q: If I delete an image from the media library, will it affect already scheduled posts?

A: No. Once scheduled, posts are stored independently. Deleting an image will not break existing scheduled content.
